Thickening processing + tapping processing

We have established a "thickness-increasing molding technology" that secures thickness by locally concentrating material through consistent press processing from plate material.
As a result, tap parts that previously required cutting and nut welding can now be finished by adding thickness through press processing alone and incorporating rolled taps into the process.
By switching from cutting to an integrated press process, we have been able to reduce the amount of material used and the number of steps, and complete the process without producing any cutting waste.
