Our unique press cutting technology, "Round Trim®," is an innovative processing method that leaves no burrs on the product.
This technology has been applied to products with strict quality requirements, such as current collector parts for automotive lithium-ion batteries, and has enabled mass production.
It can also handle special shapes that cannot be processed using conventional deburring processes, and by combining V-shaped notches and external pressure control after cutting, it forms smooth edges.
"Round Trim®" can be applied to a wide range of fields, not just lithium-ion battery components.
