Thick plate small diameter drawing

The ratio of plate thickness to drawing diameter is usually 5 to 6%, but is more than 25%.
Used in applications where high pressure is applied to the inside of parts.

Impact Molding

Impact molding takes advantage of the formability of aluminum. Forging process development using CAE analysis.

Flange forming

The radial bulge (flange) is formed using only a press die, without using hydroforming.

Header Former

Developed header processed parts using cold forging processing method for wire rod, composite parts that combine plate press processed parts and wire rod header processed parts.
