This product is a stainless steel cylindrical part used in automotive combustion gas sensors.
The 18 micro-holes located on the top and sides are involved in intake and exhaust and are an important element that directly affects sensor performance.
We have built a camera into the multi-process wide press machine, which we developed jointly with our group company, to enable full inspection linked to the press motion.This IoT-based technology has enabled us to achieve both high quality and low cost.
