This product is a high-precision square-drawn thin sheet metal part used in smartphone housings. Square-drawn parts are more difficult to process than cylindrical parts, and require advanced technology, especially when the corner radius is small.
In addition, since other parts are inserted and assembled, dimensional accuracy is extremely important, such as the flatness of the top surface, the symmetry and perpendicularity of the side walls, etc. We utilize special-shaped blanks and continuous press processes to achieve mass production with micrometer-level accuracy.
