Technology introduction Cold Forging

Cold Forging

This technology involves cutting a round bar material to create a cylindrical piece, creating a flat surface, and then crushing it to create a three-dimensional integral molding of battery terminal parts.
Unlike conventional welding assembly methods, integrating parts eliminates the risk of weakening the joints and increases reliability.
Furthermore, the integrated press processing using metal round bars makes use of material flow that differs from that of plate materials, contributing to improved strength and performance in areas other than terminal parts.
