1 Sales

We research and understand customer needs, and our sales and technology departments work together to propose our solutions to customers. We also strive to earn the trust of our customers through daily dialogue with them regarding product quality, delivery dates, and prices.

2 Development technology (1) Mold design

We design press molds, which are the core technology of precision press products. By constantly using new methods such as creating drawings with CAD (SOLIDWORKS) and analyzing the flow of metal materials using CAE, we are taking on the challenge of developing processing methods to enable processing that was previously impossible. .

3 Development technology (2) Mold processing

We manufacture mold parts based on the designed mold drawings. In addition to surface grinders, electrical discharge machines, and machining centers, we use cutting-edge machine tools to finish with micron precision. Finally, the surface is finished by manual lapping by experts.

4 Development technology (3) Mass production prototype

We assemble mold parts and make prototypes of products before mass production. We use the know-how and technology of our experts to make final adjustments to the molds and mass production equipment. We aim to complete the mold by collaborating with the mold designer and the manufacturing department for the next process, based on the equipment and manufacturing conditions assumed for mass production.

5 Production technology

We will build an automated mass production line using our own technology that utilizes robots, sensors, and cameras. We are aiming to design a fully automatic production line that eliminates the need for transportation by workers, and from supplying raw materials to discharging products in a packaged state.

6 Manufacturing (1) Press processing

Using the completed mold, materials are added and press processing is carried out for mass production. We perform equipment maintenance, product quality checks, and regular mold maintenance, aiming for highly efficient production and 100% quality products based on production plans (daily and monthly).

7 Manufacturing (2) Surface treatment

After the pre-process press processing, the product surface treatment is performed as a post-process. We use barrel polishing or chemical polishing (purified water, chemicals, etc.) to polish the surface of the product and add value to it. Depending on the product, we also perform heat treatment to control hardness and demagnetize the product.

8 Manufacturing (3) Appearance inspection

We perform final quality checks on pressed and surface-treated products. By programming the know-how of inspectors cultivated over many years into automatic inspection machines, we are able to shorten inspection time while maintaining quality. We work closely with the manufacturing and development technology departments to improve the quality of products throughout the company.

9 Quality Assurance

We use state-of-the-art automatic measuring equipment to check the appearance and measure dimensions of mass-produced products to ensure quality. We always strive to ensure product quality from the customer's perspective and maintain our internal quality control system.

10 shipping

Based on the shipping plan, we deliver to the customer in the correct quantity, delivery date, and packaging. While controlling product inventory, we devise appropriate means of transportation and safely deliver products to the customer's designated location.
