Q. Reason for joining the company

The factory manager's thoughts and words
It was the deciding factor for me to join the company.

I decided to change jobs to Nissin Kogyo because I was attracted by their world-class technological capabilities. Furthermore, when I found out that their unique technology had won awards, my trust in them increased even more. However, what ultimately made me decide to work at Nissin Kogyo was the personality of the previous manager of the Ogaki factory. The vision for the future that the manager shared with me was very clear, he was very considerate towards me, and above all, I felt he was filled with a desire to "make the factory better." As I listened to him speak, my desire to "work under this person" grew stronger, so I decided to join the company.

Q. Current business content

Responsible for a wide range of tasks including recruitment and personnel affairs

I am mainly in charge of personnel-related work in the General Affairs Department. Since Nissin Kogyo employs local employees, I am also in charge of managing new graduates (high school and university students) at the Ogaki plant, mid-career hires, and even temporary employees, as well as employee attendance management.
In addition to HR-related work, I also work in the secretariat for safety and health activities, and because I worked in IT in my previous job, I am also involved in an IT project to promote digital transformation in factories. I think one of the great things about Nissin Kogyo is that if you have experience or aptitude, you are promoted right away.

Q. Motivation at work

The growth of the employees we hire
The greatest reward

The rewarding part of recruiting is seeing the people I have been involved in recruiting grow and succeed. When recruiting new graduates, I see them go from being students to becoming fresh members of society at Nissin Kogyo, and then grow into fully-fledged individuals. This is the best part of the job for recruiters, and is rewarding. When I see this, I feel grateful to my seniors in the department, my boss, and everyone around me for helping me raise them.
I believe that recruiting is my calling. I want to hire people who can grow with us and contribute to making the Ogaki Factory a great place.

Q. how to spend the holidays

Consult with your wife, boss, or company.
First man to apply for parental leave

My favorite part of my days off is spending time with my 3 year and XNUMX month old daughter. In fact, right after my daughter was born, I became the first employee at Nissin Kogyo to take part in the "Postpartum Paternity Leave System". It all started when I asked the company if I could take advantage of the system. It took a bit of courage, but the current factory manager understood my request, and my coworkers also cooperated with me to the fullest extent during the handover process, which made me very happy.
Furthermore, I heard that other employees at the head office also took advantage of the postpartum paternity leave system after I took it, so I'm really glad that I took it and I'm once again grateful for the generosity of the company.

Q. Message to all students

What are the rewards and benefits?
Both are important

When choosing a company to work for, it goes without saying that you should choose one that interests you in terms of the work, but you should also look carefully at the benefits, such as bonuses, salary increases, and number of holidays. In order to stay with a company for a long time after joining the company, both job satisfaction and benefits are important. Nissin Kogyo also publishes figures for sales and profit margins in addition to benefits. When choosing a company, please choose one like this.
