Q. Reason for joining the company

A small metal plate becomes three-dimensional in an instant
Fascinated by the mechanism

When I was in university, I studied CAD, material strength, and machine tool operation in the mechanical engineering department. I was interested in the automobile industry and wanted to work for a company in my hometown, Tochigi Prefecture, that makes parts that are essential and important to the operation of automobiles, and a professor at my university told me about the existence of Nissin Kogyo.
I had never seen press processing until I learned about Nisshin Kogyo while job hunting, and when I saw the press machine producing during a factory tour, I realized the mechanism by which a small metal plate instantly turns into a three-dimensional part. I was fascinated by it.

Q. Current business content

Continuously making improvements to improve production efficiency

I belong to the section in the Engineering Department that works on maintenance and maintenance of machines, and improvements to improve the operation and production efficiency of newly launched machines. In order to improve the production efficiency of press machines, I think about how to improve the machines and implement them, but I still mainly focus on repair and maintenance. I am working on my daily work with the aim of eventually implementing the improvement plans I have devised and improving production efficiency and operating rates, just like my predecessors.

Q. Motivation at work

Learn what you don't know,
Experience the joy of putting it into practice

I didn't know anything about press processing until I met Nissin Kogyo, so I'm enjoying my daily life as I gradually learn things I don't know and deepen my understanding. I feel a great sense of satisfaction when I put what I understand into practice and achieve exactly what I wanted. I'm currently in charge of setting up an automatic image inspection machine, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to compile the materials (lol). Still, I learned a lot from thinking about what information would be needed to make the machine run smoothly when I handed it over to the person in charge of producing the machine, and from actually going through trial and error.
In the future, I would like to be able to design and launch automatic machines of my own.

Q. Message to all students

Don't give up on what you want to do,
If you keep looking, you'll definitely find it

I remember that my own job hunting was difficult because I couldn't clarify what I wanted to do until the very end. However, by continuing my activities, I was able to not only meet Nissin Kogyo but also clarify what I wanted to do. If you are clear about what you want to do, you will be able to find fun and enjoyment in your work, allowing you to grow on your own and enjoy your work.
For students who are job hunting, please keep looking and don't give up even if you think there is nothing you want to do. If you keep looking, you'll definitely find what you want to do.
