Motivation for joining Nissin Kogyo
I studied at a technical high school, so I had experience with lathes and welding since high school, but it just didn't feel right. That's when I became interested in "What kind of processing is press processing?"
Actually, when I was an elementary school student, I lived near the Nissin Kogyo headquarters, and I had a chance to tour the factory during a school field trip. When I became a high school student and went on a factory tour for job hunting, I realized that I remembered quite a lot. I'm sure I've been interested in press processing since I was in elementary school (lol). I wanted to try my hand at press processing myself, so I decided to join Nissin Kogyo.
Q. Current business content
In addition to operating the automatic machines you are responsible for, adjustment and maintenance are also important roles.
When I first joined the company, I was in charge of press machines, but now I'm in charge of automatic machines that combine a sheet of material and a pin into a single product in one process, and I'm also responsible for manufacturing automobile batteries. We make parts used in the surrounding area.
At Nissin Kogyo's workplaces, it is basic that the mechanical personnel handle not only operation but also adjustments and maintenance. Machines that have a lot of scratches and defects are likely to lead to problems with the machine itself and major accidents, so we take care to discover abnormalities as early as possible and prevent defects as much as possible.

Happiness seen in daily life
Since we make automobile-related parts, we can see how the parts we produce are installed in cars that drive around town and are useful to people. This is the most rewarding part. It couldn't be more rewarding.
I also try not to refuse work requests as much as possible. This is because by helping someone else with their work, I can learn about the challenges of my job, which are different from my own, and I believe that this will have a positive effect on my own work as well.

Support for qualification acquisition
There is no strict hierarchy or formal atmosphere, so you can easily talk to seniors who are older than you. I try to solve any unclear points in my daily work by myself as much as possible, and when I can't figure it out, I can feel free to ask my seniors for advice.
The company also provided solid support for me to obtain qualifications for crane and sling work. The seniors carefully gave me advice on the key points of the skill training course and things to be careful of when taking the course. The qualifications I acquired are now useful in my work.
