I have lived in Seta, where Nissin Kogyo's head office is located, since I was a university student. It's a very nice city and I like it, so I wanted to commute from Seta when I was looking for a job. When I toured Nissin Kogyo's head office and factory during my job search, I saw that the working environment was very clean, beautiful, and tidy, and I saw how the employees communicated with each other, and it seemed like a very good place to work. When choosing a company, the most important criterion was a good working environment, so I thought, ``This is a good company,'' and decided to join.

I learned all the knowledge about processing and materials after joining the company.
We mainly use CAD to design molds of various genres. I am also responsible for following up on the launch of mass production using the designed molds. In addition, I am in charge of inputting data at the design stage before mass production, performing CAE analysis to simulate whether there are any performance problems with the mold, and following up on overseas projects.
Actually, until I joined the company, I had never designed using CAD. Therefore, I learned everything after joining the company, including not only knowledge about CAD but also knowledge about molds, press processing, and materials.

The most rewarding part of my job is the feeling of accomplishment when the mold I designed is actually assembled into a press machine and the product is pressed out. With press processing, it is not easy to obtain the shape you envisioned when designing with CAD. That's why it's such a great feeling when a product turns out exactly as you envisioned it. When things don't go as planned, I rely on my seniors. I will make adjustments based on the opinions of my seniors and superiors during the design review.
Also, if you ask a question at any time, they will explain it to you, even if they have to stop what they are doing, so you can feel motivated to take on new challenges, and the company supports that desire.

I have a strong personality, but the fact that I am able to communicate smoothly with the people around me means that the employees at Nissin Kogyo are all people who respect each other's individuality. I'm more of a challenger, so my seniors and boss told me to take on new challenges, and I passed the national qualification, but I was impressed by the company's corporate culture that positively supports employees' challenges. there is.
Also, when I go back to my hometown in China, I take a large amount of vacation time, and if I can properly arrange my work, including handovers, I can take time off without any problems. I think it's a very easy environment to take time off.
