Aug, 1959-	Nissin Seiki Co., Ltd., established with paid-up capital of 2 million yen.
June, 1960-	Renamed NISSIN KOGYO CO., LTD.
Mar, 1968-	Main Office and factory relocated to present location and began operation.
Aug, 1970-	Began operation at the Utsunomiya factory.
Sep, 1970-	Capital increased to 45 million yen.
Sep, 1989-	Began operation at Ohio,U.S.A.　(Ohio Plant, NPNA)
Sep, 1989-	Capital increased to 90 million yen.
Oct, 1994-	Began operation at Singapore. (Loyang Plant, NKA) Began operation at Batam Island, Indonesia. (Batam Plant, NKB)
Apr, 1996-	Began operation at Beijing, China. (Beijing Plant, BNC)
Dec, 1997-	Began operation at Mexicali, Baja. (Mexicali Plant, NEM)
Nov,2006-	Koizumi Kogyo Co., Ltd. Has become Ogaki Plant.
May,2007-	Financing in Santec (Shanghai). (SANTEC PRECISION (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD.)
Jan,2012-	The Beijing plant moved to new-built plant.
Oct,2017-	Increased capital on SANTEC CORPORATION PTE LTD and made it an affiliate. (Shanghai plant: SPS)
Jan,2019-	Established an affiliate in Nantong city, Jiangsu Province, China. (Nantong plant:　NPCN)
Jul,2021-	The plant busness of Shanghai plant (SPS) was integrated into Nantong plant and the sales business was moved to the newly opened Shanghai business office.
