On October 23, 2025, an employee of our company received the Shiga Prefectural Governor's Award at the "Award Ceremony for Outstanding Working Persons with Disabilities and Excellent Workplaces Employing Persons with Disabilities" held at the Shiga Prefectural Government Office.

The employee who received the award has been working in manufacturing support for over eight years, and has an excellent attendance rate and work attitude, making him a role model for those around him. Recently, he has been seen providing work guidance to a junior employee who joined the company last year and has similar characteristics.

We will continue to promote employment for people with disabilities and provide support to help them stabilize their working lives.
