On October 15th, 2025, at the Shiga Prefectural High School Career Guidance Study Group held in the main conference room of the Shiga Prefectural Government Office, our company representative, Shimizu, and General Affairs Section Manager, Kinoshita, gave a lecture on the theme of "Human resource development and recruitment challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises."

This lecture was made possible following a recommendation from a prefectural economic organization, and on the day of the event, approximately 70 career guidance teachers from high schools across the prefecture, as well as staff from the Shiga Prefectural Board of Education, Shiga Prefecture Department of Commerce, Industry, Tourism and Labor, and Shiga Labor Bureau, attended.

In the lecture, I introduced examples of our company's high school graduate recruitment and human resource development initiatives, and explained our company's philosophy of growing together with employees through manufacturing. I hope that this lecture will be of help to those who attended in providing career guidance for the future.
