On October 14th, as part of the "Corporate Dream Creation Project" sponsored by Otsu City, an open company was held for second-year students at Kitaoji Jun.ior High School in the city.
On the day, we first gave an overview of the company, followed by our young employees sharing their real-life experiences, including their career choices as students and their current work, during a Q&A session.

Afterwards, the students were given their first factory tour, where they were able to see up close the manufacturing site where various machines and the skills of employees are combined. At the end, they were able to actually experience product inspection, which is part of the manufacturing process, using a magnifying glass.
We hope that through this program, you will be able to experience the appeal of "work" and "manufacturing" and that it will give you an opportunity to think about your future.
