Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry staff accepted for training at private companies

News

Our company accepted and conducted training for the "Private Company Dispatch Training" program run by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, which dispatches general-career employees in their second year with the ministry. Of the seven employees dispatched through the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, one received training at our company for three weeks.

During the training, the participants worked on the theme of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Growth-oriented Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Research and Development Support Project (Go-Tech)," in which our company is conducting research and development.
Specifically, the participants visited the Shiga Prefectural Industrial Support Plaza (a public interest incorporated foundation) and business partners, witnessed prototypes being made, and participated in various meetings, where they were given training on the actual implementation stage as an example of how government subsidies can be utilized.

At the final day's report session, participants spoke about what impressed them and what they learned, saying, "It was a memorable training session where I was able to experience the manufacturing site."

I hope this training will help you in your future endeavors.
